Ingredients:  
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
• ½ cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• Ό to ½ cup onion, finely minced
• Ό cup green bell pepper diced
• Ό cup celery diced
• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Lawry’s garlic salt sprinkled over top
• 1 T milk
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 2 tablespoons ketchup to glaze the top of the meatloaf

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the beef.
3. Mix ingredients together.
4. Add the beef to the bowl and combine well.
5. Shape the mixture into a ball and transfer to a loaf pan.
6. Cook in oven for 45 minutes.
7. Pull out of oven and check for doneness.
8. Add ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
9. Put back in oven and cook another 10-15 minutes.
