4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup mango chutney
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 sliced almonds, lightly toasted (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Dredge chicken in bread crumbs. Brush oil in a baking dish and place chicken in dish. Sprinkle with curry powder and parsley. Spread chutney over chicken to cover each piece almost entirely, and dot with butter.

Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
