3 each Green onions, bunches, charred on charcoal and roughly chopped
2 each Cilantro (fresh coriander), bunches, roughly chopped, or parsley
2 each Thai bird chili, chopped
100 g Shallots, finely minced
85 g Olive oil
40 g Garlic, finely minced
35 g Ginger, finely minced
35 g Suchi vinegar, or rice vinegar and sugar
25 g Sesame oil
25 g Soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes), or paprika

Toss everything together, and let sit for a few hours to let the flavors amalgamate.
