1 lb. hamburg/ground beef
1 can (10 1/2 oz) tomato soup or 1 container of tomato sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
diced onions and peppers (approximately 1 medium-sized one of each)
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 325. Butter 6 sliced hamburger buns lightly. Wrap in aluminum foil and heat in the oven for 15 minutes.

Brown the ground beef, onion and pepper in butter. Add the tomato soup or sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the mixture is too thick for your taste, add more tomato soup or tomato sauce.

Spoon into the warmed buns.
