4 well beaten eggs
5 Tbsp. sugar
6 to 8 amaretti cookies,, ground or crushed
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. instant coffee (expresso if available)
1 Tbsp. ameratto or brandy
1pt. Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar, cocoa and coffee. Add liqueur and ground cookies,
Add Half & Half and stir till well blended. Caramelize 5 tablespoons sugar and pour into a 4 to 6 cup mold or casserole. Poor in custard mix.
Place mold in a pan of hot water;bake for 45 to 60 minutes alt 325 degrees. Chill.

Makr the day before. Serves 10 to 12
