5 pounds green peanuts, in shell
1 cup salt
Water to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the peanuts and place in a large pot. Add salt and water. Bring the water to a boil.

Let water slowly boil for about 3 hours.

Taste the peanuts and add more salt if needed. Continue to boil until desired consistency is reached.
