1 c powdered sugar 1 T milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c peanut butter
Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla to form stiff mixture. Roll into rectangle shape on a board dusted with powdered sugar. Spread peanut butter on top - roll as a jelly roll. Place roll on Handi-wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Slice into discs. May roll in crushed peanuts before refrigerating if desired.
