Pork shoulder or Pork butt (Doesn't matter the size)
1 can root beer
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in crock pot.
Chop onion and place over pork.
Pour in root beer.
Cook 8-10 hours.
Add favorite BBQ sauce per serving, or eat as is.
Shred and serve.
