White Chicken Chili Recipe

1 114 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
2 {15oz.) cans great northern beans or 2 (15oz.) cans
navy beans (DRAIN) or one of each
1 (15oz.) cans hominy
1 (1 1/4oz.) envelope taco seasoning
1 (4 1/2oz.) cans of chopped green chilies
1 (10 3/4oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 c. Sour cream (stir some into each serving)
Shredded sharp cheddar or jack cheese (optional sprinkle on top of each serving)

1. Place chicken in a 4 quart slow cooker.
2. Top with beans and hominy.
3. ln a medium bowl, combine taco seasoning, chiles, condensed
soup, and chicken hroth. Pour over top of ingredients in the crock
4. Cover and cook on low for I to 10 hours.
5. Before serving, stir gently to break up chicken, then stir in the sour
cream. (l prefer to add to each serving)
6. Serve topped jack cheese or any shredded cheese.
7. Great with taco chips or bread & butter.
