3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 Tblsp lemon juice
2 Tblsp parsley, chopped fine
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir together the milk & lemon juice & set aside while you prepare the parsley & garlic. Add the sour cream to the milk mixture & whisk until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients & whisk until well combined. Chill the dressing in a jar with a lid. This will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge.

I know it's a LOT easier to pick up a bottle of dressing at the store, but this is really good when you make it fresh. And don't limit its use to salads - you can use it for hot wings or fried mushrooms!
