1 C Butter (Soft)
2 tsp Vanilla
2 C Flour, Sifted
1/4 tsp Salt
4 Dozen Pecan Halves
1 Egg White
! Tbsp Water
1/2 C Shredded Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, vanilla, salt. and flour in a bowl. Beat the egg white and water in another bowl. Form cookies into balls around the pecan halves. Dip the balls into the egg white wash and then roll in the coconut. Bake 14-15 minutes at 350 on an ungreased cookie sheet.
