Crust:
2 stick butter
2 c pecans
2 cup flour

Filling:
1 lg Cool Whip (1 cup set aside)
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz pkg creams cheese, softened

Pudding:
1 lg pkgs chocolate instant pudding
1 lg pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
4 c milk

Directions:

Combine butter, flour and pecans. When combined press mixture into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350º for 15-20 until golden brown. Set aside and cool completely.
Mix 1 cup cool whip, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. When combined spread mixture over the cooled crust and set aside.
In a large bowl combine milk and instant puddings. Pour over the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate or shave with a vegetable peeler chocolate bar over top for garnish. Cover and chill before serving.

This has to been one of our family's favorite desserts. I can't tell you how many of these I have made. We started out making the crust half the amount it is in this recipe, but over time I doubled the original crust recipe to this. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
