11 oz can of Mexicorn (drained)
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3 Tbl. chopped jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

I usually double this recipe and bake in a small casserole dish. Delicious!
