1 lb. ground turkey (or lean ground beef)
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can pinto beans
1 can chile hot beans (I use Chili Mac - Mexican style)
1 can Mexicorn (drained)
1 can stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavor)
1 can stewed tomatoes (any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions, drain. Mix Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning into meat. Without draining, add all other ingredients. Simmer one hour (I usually simmer longer) - top with anything you like!

This recipe came from a Weight Watchers meeting and is now my go to chili recipe - great to use for taco salads too!
