1 - Devils food cake mix - prepare and bake according to package instructions
2 - packages instant chocolate pudding
1 cup Kahula (or less!)
2 - 8 oz. cartons of Cool Whip
6 - Heath or Skor bars, crumbled (you can always buy the bag of already chopped up Heath bar candy)

Prepare pudding - add Kahula. Put half of cake, cut into about 1 1/4" cubes, in bowl. Add 1/2 pudding and toss. Place in trifle bowl - level out and spread one carton Cool Whip over cake and pudding mixture. Add half candy crumbs. Repeat with second half of cake and pudding mixture, Cool Whip and top with remaining candy crumbs. Prepare a day ahead.
