1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbl English mustard
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 cup mayonnaise, plus extra for topping
2 pimentos, finely chopped
1 Tbl salt
2 eggs
3 lbs crab meat
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pepper and pimento.
Add mustard, salt, pepper, eggs and mayo. Mix well.
Fold into crabmeat.
Spoon into individual serving casseroles. Spread top with extra mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
