2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1 medium onion sautéed
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Butter 5 1/2 cup shuffle dish or 1 1/2 casserole. cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. beat baking mix, milk eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into shuffle dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. about 1 hour. Serve immediately serves 6
