1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. soda
1/4 t. salt
3/4 cups regular oats
1 cup mashed bananas
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in oats. Combine bananas, buttermilk, oil, vanilla and eggs. Add to flour mixture. Stir until moist. Spoon batter into loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
