Banana Bread Bars Recipe

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 t. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 t. baking soda
3/4 t. salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs
3-4 bananas
Brown sugar frosting: 1/2 cup butter, 4 cups powdered sugar, 1-1/2 t. vanilla, 3 T. milk

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Beat sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs. Blend in bananas and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in walnuts. Spread in pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Heat butter in pan until boiling. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Spread over warm bars.
