1 lb. ground hot pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
22 large fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Place sausage in skillet and cook until browned. Drain well. Mix sausage, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese. Spoon about one tablespoon sausage mixture into each pepper half. Arrange stuffed halves in baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
