Ingredients:  
Medium sized rabbit 2 lbs approx.
3-4 cloves garlic(cleaned and smashed)
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/2 can beef or chicken broth (use your own with recipe included in this cookbook)
Salt and pepper
add 1-2 stems chopped rosemary-(fresh is preferable )
1 can ripe olives - drained.

Polenta

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rabbit pieces on all sides in olive oil
add above ingredients except ripe olives
Cook on low heat( should bubble slightly) for about 1 hour
Add 1 can ripe olives drained

Serve with polenta(recipe for polenta in cookbook)
