11 oz. can Corn
1 can Black Bean, drained
1 can Black Eyed Peas, drained
1 jar Jalapenos, diced
1cup Celery, diced
1 Onion, chopped
1 cup Oil
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Cidar Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all the canned ingredients. In glass bowl, add all canned ingredients, celery and onion.

In a saucepan combine oil, sugar and vinegar and simmer for about 20 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetable mixture and refrigerate for at leat 3 hours. rain off some of the liquid before serving.

Serve with Frito scoops.
