7 slices white bread, crust cut off, buttered and cubed
10 eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
2 tsps. ground, dry mustard
3 c. half and half milk
1 tsp. salt
½t tsp black pepper
2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium high heat, stirring frequently until no longer pink. Drain. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, half and half, mustard, salt, and pepper.

2. Distribute the de-crusted, buttered, and cubed bread over the bottom of a sprayed with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture over bread. Top with sausage and cheese.

3. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.

4. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
