2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
1 medium onion, diced
⅛ tsp. pepper
10 flour tortillas
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp cumin
2 c grated cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
½ tsp. oregano

Cheese Sauce

1 stick butter
3 c milk
8 oz. sour cream
4 tbsp. flour
1 large jar Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion; add seasonings, tomatoes, flour and cheese.
2. Place meat in tortilla; roll up and place in a greased casserole dish.
3. Top with cheese sauce and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Cheese Sauce
1. Melt butter.
2. Add flour.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Add sour cream and Cheese Whiz. Stir until Cheese Whiz melts.
5. Add milk and cook slowly, stirring freqently, until mixture begins to thicken.
6. Pour over rolled up tortillas.
