cabbage
10 oz corn (frozen)
5-6 celery ribs
4 carrots chopped
1 large onion
10 oz peas (frozen)
2 14 oz cans chopped tomatoes
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
2 med potatoes
4 oz lima beans
chuck roast
salt - pepper
6-8 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef up into desired size pieces. Flour and brown in skillet adding salt and pepper until browned on both sides.
In large soup pan (maybe 2!!) add all ingredients together simmer for about 30 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are just right!

Serve with cornbread! Yummy!!

Since this always makes such a large amount, In one pan, we leave the carrots and potatoes on the crunchy side, so when they are heated up, they aren't mushy. ( This freezes great)
