1 Onion, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
3 cups Chicken, diced (or 2 lg. cans)
3 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
1 cup Chicken Broth
2 cups Carrots, chopped
3 Potatoes, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
3-4 cups Milk
1 small container Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, melt butter and saute onion, celery and garlic. Add chicken and cook on medium heat just until browned, about 5-10 minutes. Add white vinegar and hot sauce.

In crockpot, combine chicken broth, canned soups, carrots, potatoes and dressing. Add onion and chicken mixture. Add milk and cook on low 4-6 hours. Garnish with yogurt/sour cream.
