3 1/2 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups sugar
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 c water
1 c oil
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup pecans or walnuts
3/4 cup golden raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
In second bowl, combine eggs, water, oil and pumpkin
Add pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well blended
Fold in nuts and raisins
Pour into 2 loaf pans or 1 loaf pan and 12 muffins

Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes

If you make muffins, you will need much less baking time
