2 yellow onions
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup onions, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. spicy ketchup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 pack of bacon
1 bottle of BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Start out by slicing up the onions, leaving the biggest outside parts whole and ready to be stuffed with beef. Set those aside and mix the ground beef with diced onions, mushrooms, brown sugar, parsley and breadcrumbs. Add in all the condiments and mix it up together with your hands Ė donít forget a large mixing bowl or this is gonna get messy. Cover a hefty handful of meatball mixture with the larger onion slices, then wrap the whole thing in bacon.
