1/2 red onion minced
1 tsp olive oil
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1/3 cup sugar (stevia)
4 Tbsp whole mustard seeds
1 Tbsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp ground allspice

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy bottom pot sauté the onion with olive oil until tender. Add the remaining ingredients and increase the heat, bring to a simmer, cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, Turn heat off, leave covered and let stand for one hour. Check consistency. If you like looser mustard add a few tablespoons of water to desired consistency.
