10 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried tart cherries
1/4 cup raw pepitas (a version of pumpkin seeds), toasted in a dry pan
over medium heat until fragrant (2 mins) and cooled
1/4 cup raw almonds, toasted in a dry pan over medium heat until
fragrant (2 mins), cooled, and coarsely chopped.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour chocolate chips onto parchment paper and spread to form a rectangle, about 8x8 inches.
3. Bake the chocolate chips in oven for 2-3 minutes, just until they start to melt.
4. Transfer baking sheet to cooling rack and use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate into a smooth, even rectangle.
5. While the chocolate is still hot, evenly sprinkle with dried cherries, toasted pepitas, and tasted almonds.
6. Transfer the parchment paper to a plate and refrigerate dor at least 30 minutes.
7. Break the bark into small pies and serve.
