1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups flour
Chocolate, butterscotch or white chocolate chips
Coconut
M&M's
Nuts
etc...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs.
Mix in soda, vanilla, baking soda, salt, flour and oatmeal.
Add chips, coconut or whatever you want.

Spoon into a cookie sheet, about mellon scoop size.
Bake for 8 minutes.
