1 chuck roast
1 package onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Steak Sauce
2 tbsp barbeque sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Lay chuck roast on large piece of foil (enough to wrap)

2. Mix onion soup, 1/4 water, and remaining ingredients

3. Put in roasting pan, and cover roast with mix.

4. Seal/wrap roast in foil, and bake in 275 degree oven for five hours.
