1- 8 oz cream cheese
1 C. confectioner's sugar
1 Tsp unflavored gelatin
1 T. veg oil
1 1/2 C half and half cream
1 can (6 oz) frozen cranberry cocktail concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl; beat in sugar. Sprinkle gelatin over cranberry juice in small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. place bowl over hot water over low heat; stir until gelatin is dissolved; cool. remove from heat and beat into cream cheese mixture. Add 1/2 and 1/2; continue to beat until smooth and well blended. Pour into oiled 4 C mold. Freeze until firm.
