Mix:
3 medium ripe avocados
2 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP olive juice

Mix:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg taco seasoning mix

1 can (10.5 oz) plain
1 can (10.5 oz) jalapeno bean dip
1 large bunch green onions (1/2-1 cup chopped)
3 medium size tomatoes, cubed
2 (3.5 oz) cans pitted olives, chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Tortilla chips for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
In the first bowl: peel, pit and mash avocados, add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In the 2nd bowl: mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
If you don't want to use bean dip, you can substitute refried beans mixed with salsa.

In either an 8-9" pie pan or a 10" baking dish:
spread bean dip on the bottom
then spread avocado mixture
then spread sour cream mixture
sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, olives
top with cheese

Cool in the fridge before serving.
