Boil chicken tenders one hour with celery stalks, salt, and pepper -2 tenders per person

Cut up chicken and add:
8 oz of sour cream, 1/4 C miracle whip, grapes, salt, pepper, 1 1/2 tsp sugar, chopped celery, and sweet pickle chunks.

Optional:
watercress, apples, almonds, cashews
