2 T shrimp boil seasoning or crab boil seasoning
1 (4 oz) low-fat Italian turkey sausage, casing removed and sausage crumbled
2 ears corn, each cut into 4 pieces
1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
4 oz green beans, trimmed and cut in half
1-1/2 lbs. Large unpeeled shrimp

Fill a large saucepan with water to 3/4 full, add shrimp boil seasoning and bring to a boil. Add sausage, corn, onion and green beans; return to a simmer and cook for 5 min. Add shrimp, return to simmer, and cook until shrimp are pink, 2 to 3 min. Drain in a colander.

Divide shrimp and vegetables among bowls.

Can also use Kolbaisa sausage, but obviously calories would increase. South Beach recipe uses sausage as merely flavor enhancer.
