Ingredients:  
1 C. Flour
1 Tsp. baking powder
1 Cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 Cup butter or margarine
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients, blending well. Refrigerate dough at least two hours. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll to a quarter inch thickness and trim to a half inch larger than casserole or pie plate


Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees
