2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 c milk
1 1/2 T vanilla

Topping
6 T cocoa
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Put 2 sticks butter in baking dish and let melt completely while oven heats. Mix flour and sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Pour mixture over melted butter. DO NOT STIR! Mix cocoa and sugar and sprinkle over batter. DO NOT STIR! Pour 1 1/2 c hot water on top. DO NOT STIR! Bake 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
