Meatballs:
1 pound ground meat
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 cup minced onion
3/4 cup fine cracker crumbs (could use bread crumbs)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (less if use cracker crumbs)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meatball ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Brown in 1/4 cup hot fat or salad oil. (Use two skillets to get them all done faster)
Remove meat and stir into fat:
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Stir into it:
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup sweet or sour cream (or half and half)
Return meatballs to pan and cook 15-20 minutes.

Les and Bea would make several batches of these wonderful meatballs and freeze them to serve at family holiday gatherings. The Lunn boys love them served over riced potatoes. They are actually better as leftovers as the flavor increases.
