2 cans of bean dip or 1 can of refried beans
2 avocados, mashed (or prepared guacamole)
2 cups sour cream
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 large diced tomato
2 cups shredded cheese
3-4 chopped green onions
1 small can chopped black olives (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread beans into bottom of 10-12" serving dish
Cover with mashed avocado/guacamole
Mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix and spread over avocado mixture
Sprinkle top with tomatoes, cheese, green onion and olives if desired.

Serve with chips for dipping.

This is one of Jim's favorites (without olives) so I take it to parties or serve it at ours so he can get his fill.
