Hash browns:
1 package shredded hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted

Topping:
1 1/2 cup cornflakes, coarsely crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º and spray a 2 quart glass baking dish with Pam.
In a large bowl, combine all hash brown ingredients and spread into prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients. Spread evenly over hash browns.
Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender.

This is Joe Lunn's wife Denise's recipe, a Minnesota favorite. I usually add some garlic powder and pepper for more flavor.
