8 eggs
3 cups brown sugar
1 lb butter
1 cup sour milk
1 cup brandy or wine
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups flour
2 tsp each cinnamon, cloves, allspice and nutmeg
2 lb raisins with stones out
2 lb seedless raisons
1 lb almonds
1 lb dates
1 lb peel mix fruit with the 4 cups flour
red cherries as much as you wish

Bake about two and half to three hours.
Its a big cake.
