1 lb chicken breast
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c buffalo wing sauce
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c crumbled bleu cheese
3 c Penne pasta
1 1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut chicken into small bite size pieces--season with salt and pepper and add to crock pot
2) Add soup and hot sauce to crock pot and stir
3) Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3 hours.
4) Stir in mozzarella and bleu cheese and sour cream--turn crock pot to warm
5) Cook pasta according to directions-drain and add to crock pot

Stir well and enjoy!
