3 lb peeled potatoes 1/2 c water 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 3/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2-4 tbsp cream (or more depending on desired consistency) 4 oz softened cream cheese
1) Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. 2) Dice potatoes into small pieces and add to crock pot. 3) Add water, butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on high for 3 hours. 4) Add cream and cream cheese and mash to desired consistency. 5) Serve immediately or turn crock pot warm.
