4 ripe bananas
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c melted crisco
1/2 c black walnuts (chopped)
2 c flour
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350F
2) Melt crisco in a separate bowl (set aside)
3) Using a medium bowl--mash the bananas
4) In the same bowl as the mashed bananas, add remaining ingredients including melted crisco. Mix well
5) Spray bread pan with cooking spray
6) Bake at 350 for 45-60 mins
