Ingredients:  
3 medium zucchini
Dried oregano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Marinara Sauce
Mini Pepperoni
Mozzzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place zucchini rounds on baking sheet, brush with olive oil
Bake until slightly tender.... about 5 minutes
Spoon a thin layer Of marinara sauce over each slice of zucchini
Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni
Sprinkle with dried oregano
Bake until zucchini is tender and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes
