8 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 cup (2 sticks butter)
7 eggs, divided use
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup flour
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt chocolate and butter; cool 10 minutes.

In separate bowl, mix 4 eggs with sugar. Whisk. Add flour and whisk. Add remaining 3 eggs. Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture. Pour in individual cups or ramekins.

Bake until just done, about 15 minutes (interior will be melting, not set).

Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Both Princess and Carnival Cruise Lines serve this, and it's the reason Mark would never eat anywhere on ship for dinner than the formal dining room. When Rachel finally finagled the chef out of his recipe it was as follows:
80 lbs black chocolate
80 lbs butter
80 eggs
50 lbs sugar
30 lbs flour

Well, since you're not making this for a whole cruise liner, we worked to reduce this and test it so that it came out the same.
