1 1/2 lb flank steak
3/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c honey
1 lg clove garlic
1 1/2 to ground ginger
2 tb vinegar
1 med size onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and marinade steak overnight. Cook on grill about 5 min each side, baste with part of marinade. While grilling, simmer remaining marinade for 5 min and serve with steak. It is good over everything, steak, rice, potato, etc. Also, marinade is good with chicken or pork. Serves 4. Enjoy!
