2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup dry mix
1-2 eggs (varies, based on how dry the meat is)
5-6 saltines (crushed)
2-4 tbsp. milk (amt. varies, based on how dry the meat is)

Ketchup for top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease loaf pan or a baking dish.

1) Mix all 5 ingredients well in a bowl and put into prepared pan.
2) Coat top of meatloaf with ketchup.
3) Bake for about 2 hrs. or util done.
4) Let sit for a few minutes before cutting and serving.

All the guys in this family LOVE this meatloaf. When they are all home, I double it, and have to cook it a while longer.
Of course, it's best with scalloped potatoes as a side dish.
