Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs
mayonnaise
mustard
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the eggs - place eggs in pan of water with the water just covering tops of the eggs. When you see the water boiling set the timer for 7 minutes. Take out of pan and place eggs in bowl of cold water. Refrigerate for an hour or so.

Peel the eggs and rinse in cold water to get rid of any tiny bits of eggshell.

Carefully cut each egg in half the long way and place the whites on a plate. Put the cooked yolks in a bowl and add 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon mustard. Mash with fork and mix (taste to see if you want to add a little more mayo or mustard).

Carefully spoon the "heavenly" filling into all the white halves and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with paprika.
